Return Policy

Exchanges can be made on unused cookware only within 30 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be incurred for any returned cookware. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Cookware must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. If the customer chooses to exchange an item for one of lesser value, Americraft will refund the difference less the restocking fee. The customer must speak with a customer service representative before they can return any cookware. Unsolicited shipments will be refused and returned to sender.
